Case 1: Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders:
Report Time: Notify us within 7 days of delivery. Requests after this period will not be entertained.
Required Evidence: Share a picture of the Order Invoice (found in your parcel). For damaged/incorrect products, photos of the product may also be required.
Verification & Pickup: Cases are verified within 48 hours, after which a pickup is arranged.
Condition for Return: Products must be unused, with all seals, tags, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards intact. Returns failing the Quality Check will be refused.
Charges: Pickup and re-dispatch are free of cost.
Case 2: Exchange (Variant, Shade, or Type)
Report Time: Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Required Evidence: Share a picture of the Order Invoice.
Verification & Pickup: Verified within 48 hours, followed by pickup arrangements.
Condition for Exchange: Products must be unused, with all seals and tags intact.
Charges: A fee of Rs. 250 applies for pickup and delivery.
Refund Option: Refunds are issued as an Internal Credit Voucher only. No monetary refunds except for out-of-stock items.
Additional Policies
Damage Criteria: Replacement available for damage exceeding 25%.
Makeup: Exchanges allowed if shades mix or break. Slight damage due to fragility is not eligible.
Brushes: Color variations do not qualify for return/exchange.
Hair Tools: Replacement only for functional faults or damage over 25%.
Deals: If an item in a deal differs, a replacement of similar quality is provided, but no return/replacement is allowed for the replacement item.
Imported Products:
For products that are imported from China and available under multiple brands but are functionally identical, if the specific brand ordered is out of stock, we may ship an alternative brand of the same product. These items will not be eligible for return or replacement due to brand variation, as the product's functionality and quality remain the same.
Notes
Pre-Packaged Products: Items sealed by manufacturers cannot be inspected or returned once opened.
Courier Delays: Pickup may take 6–8 working days due to courier constraints.
Duty & Import: Items may arrive as raw materials to reduce costs and avoid damage during transit.
Return Process Policy
If a customer's order return is confirmed, the process will be as follows:
1.The rider will collect the product from the customer.
2. Once the returned parcel is tracked and received at our warehouse, we will require 1 business day for inspection and processing.
3. After successful verification, the refund will be transferred to the customer's provided bank account.
Note: Accurate bank account details must be provided by the customer to ensure a smooth refund process._
